The item took too long to leave the depot meaning it arrived too late. The company has responded to my comment around timescales stating their company policy and that it was delivered on time. Perhaps i missed something however i would encourage them to make this information much clearer on their webpages. When i was browsing i read the section at the bottom of the screen headed The best benefits only with Saketos. The second point in this section says delivery in 24-48 hours which is what i saw and this i believed was the delivery time for my product. The quality of the items is good however for me delivery time disappointing.

First-class delivery, punctual and, most of all, consistent with the information on the website. Brilliant service, everything went fast and smooth. What more could you want. The packaging was that beautiful that it made me wonder if they designed it especially for me. Both the prices and the quality represent a good level.
Customer service is good at Saketos and when you email with a query they get back to you quite quickly. They also ensure that if a product is out of stock, that they let you know when it is back in stock which is really useful. The packaging was good and the products arrived undamaged. It was delivered fairly quickly. The product, jute bags, are excellent and really well made. They have a great selection of colours and sizes and overall I would highly recommend Saketos.
The package arrived on time. Really, it would be hard to damage this package. Superbly secured. It was a great cooperation, a shop worth recommending. Reliable, trustworthy company. Fulfills orders quickly.

Your 18 x 24 jute bags have been out of stock for nearly 2 months and you say you make them yourself
I have emailed to ask when they will be back in stock and nobody bothered to reply .

I was kept informed of expected delivery date and, when the product arrived, it was as expected. I was also pleased I could order small quantities which was mostly not possible from other stockists.
