What does order processing look like?

Orders are processed over a few stages.

The first stage consists in the preparation of an individual offer with free-of-charge visualization.

After the customer accepts the quote and design, they receive a proforma invoice with payment details. Once the payment is credited, we initiate the production process, which takes 5-10 business days.

Once the bags have been produced, they are dispatched - the delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer and is usually 1-5 working days.
