Each time the website is loaded, the server saves automatically only the so-called server logs such as the name of the desired file, your IP address, date and hour, amount of transferred data as well as the Internet provider submitting a query (access data) and records the visit to the site.
The data is analysed only to ensure the proper operation of the website and improve our offer. The above is to protect our legally justified interest subjected to the proper presentation of our offer. All the access data is removed within seven days from your visit to the website.
Hosting services provided by an external provider
As part of entrusting the processing of data – on our request, an external service provider performs services of hosting and presentation of websites for us. All the data which is described in this Privacy Policy is collected as part of using our website or in the special forms in the on-line shop, is stored on the servers of the provider. Data processing on other servers is performed only to the extent specified in this Privacy Policy.
The provider is seated in our country being the Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
2. Collecting and processing data to perform the contract and create a customer account
We collect personal data only when you provide it voluntarily by submitting your order, contacting us (for example via the contact form or by e-mail) or creating your customer account or sending a request for quotation with the query form for personalised products. The required fields are marked so because the data they contain is necessary to perform the contract or examine your case or create your customer account. Without this data, it is not possible to complete the order or create a customer account and contacting us about the completion of your order may be hindered or impossible. The type of collected data results from the forms in which it is entered. We use your data to perform the contract and reply to your queries. Upon completion of the contract or removal of your customer account, processing of your data is limited and after the periods of data retention specified in the tax regulations and the Accounting Act, the data is permanently removed unless you give your explicit consent to the further use of this data or according to the current provisions of law, we reserve our right to further use this data on which you will be advised in our statement. Your customer account may be removed at any time. For this purpose, you should send a message to our contact e-mail indicated in the section "Our contact data and your rights” or use the appropriate option in your customer account. The data you enter at: https://saketos.co.uk/forms/1/bag-with-logo-print-b2b is not used by default to create a customer account for you in our shop. The name, business name, e-mail and phone number are required to contact you by phone or e-mail to prepare a personalised/individual order and stored according to the tax legislation. The data is not used in the on-line shop database as is the case with registered users unless you register by yourself.
3. Transferring data
In order to process an order, we transfer your data to a courier company responsible for delivery if this is required to deliver the products. Depending on which payment service provider you use in the ordering process, in order to process your payment, we transfer the payment data to a credit institution servicing the payment and possibly to the payment service provider which you or we have selected. Some payment service providers collect the data on their own if you create an account. In such cases, you need to log in to your payment service provider and give your access data. In this case, the privacy policy of a given payment provider is applicable.
Transferring data to a courier company
Transferring data to courier companies is necessary in the process of completing your order. Giving your consent during registration and/or edition of your customer account in the shop panel will allow us to complete your order. The selected courier company will be given your e-mail address and phone number required for direct communication to complete the delivery process.
The above consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a relevant message to our contact e-mail indicated in the section “Our contact data and your rights” or by sending a message directly to the courier company, i.e. to the address provided bellow. Upon withdrawing your consent, we will remove your data if you do not consent to the further use of this data for other purposes or if we do not reserve the right to the further use of the data in statutory cases on which we will advise you in a relevant statement.

8. Reviews in the online store (integration with TrustMate)
The Customer of the Online Store has the possibility to write a voluntary and free of charge review about purchases made at the Online Store. The review may also be a rating or a photo of the purchased product in the Online Store.
After the purchase is made, the Seller of the Online Store sends the Customer an email with a request for a review and a link to the online form - the online form makes it possible to give answers to the Seller’s questions concerning purchases, their rating, adding own description of the review and a photo of the purchased product. In case of the absence of a review after the first call for it, the Seller resends the invitation.
A review can only be added by a customer who has made a purchase in the Seller’s Online Store. Reviews written by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io business card.
Writing a review may not be used by the Customer for unlawful acts, in particular acts constituting unfair competition against the Seller, or actions that violate personal interests, property rights, intellectual rights, or any other rights of the Seller or the third parties.
A review can only be made to actually purchased products in the Seller’s Online Store. It is prohibited to create fictitious/sham sales contracts in order to make a review. Neither the Seller nor its employees can be the authors of reviews, regardless of the basis of employment.
A submitted review can be removed by its author at any time.
You may be advised free of charge on your personal data which we are storing and you may correct, limit the processing of, delete and transfer this data.
